Nonhle Ngubane is the Founder and Executive Director of The Fortunate Organisation, a multi-award-winning South African non-profit organisation advancing mental health, workplace wellbeing, leadership development, and community empowerment. She founded the organisation in 2024 with a vision to inspire change, improve access to mental health education and support, and create lasting social impact through strategic partnerships and innovative programmes.

A Mental Health Advocate, Multi-Award-Winning Social Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Guest Lecturer, Qualified Business Analyst, UKZN Champion 2023, and Farmer. Nonhle brings together business expertise, social impact leadership, and a deep commitment to community development.

Under her leadership, The Fortunate Organisation has evolved into a multi-award-winning organisation, delivering CPD-accredited mental health events, executive leadership summits, regional mental health conferences, corporate wellness programmes, and community development initiatives. Through these efforts, the organisation has expanded its local and international footprint, advancing conversations on mental health, strengthening strategic partnerships, and championing innovative wellbeing initiatives that create measurable impact.

Today, Nonhle leads one of KwaZulu-Natal's emerging mental health organisations, building strategic partnerships with corporates, government departments, healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and community stakeholders to promote healthier workplaces, empowered communities, and sustainable social impact.
